A fun and flirty dance class where you will experience a sweaty workout, learn a sultry dance routine, and get the chance to channel your inner vixen — all while moving in heels!*  This class offers a cardio and muscle toning workout, focusing on your quads, hamstrings, calves, hips, glutes, and lower back muscles.  You will also focus on body isolations and develop confidence in your body movements.  All levels are welcome.  The goal is to let loose and have fun!  

*Heels are encouraged, but not required.  Make sure to choose heels that you feel comfortable walking in and provide good ankle support.
