Increases strength, stamina, flexibility and reduces stress! HIIT Pilates combines yoga and Pilates postures for Optimum results.  The class formula is 25 seconds of work, and 10 seconds of rest.  This is with various postures for 40 minutes, set to music, with a warm up and cool down.
