Boot Camp – This interval total body workout combines cardio and strength training. With the use of dumbbells and body cardio movements your body is sculpted and conditioned to a fitness level you always wanted to achieve through an awesome motivational playlist of songs! Come join us to change not only your waist line but your life!
Boot Camp is offered every Monday from 6:30pm – 7:30 pm
