Start pedaling for the ride of your life! This class uses the stationary bike for a cardiovascular workout that any fitness enthusiast or recreational cyclist can enjoy.

Limited bikes—First come, First Seated (MUST  sign in at the 1st floor lobby)

Indoor Cycling is offered every Tuesday from 6:45pm – 7:30pm and Thursday from 10:45am – 11:45am
