Hatha Mat Yoga
Hatha Mat Yoga-This is a practice of physical yoga postures helping alignment, breathing, and body awareness. Hatha is both invigorating and relaxing and designed to increase flexibility, align, strengthen, and calm your body, mind and spirit.
Hatha Mat Yoga is offered every Friday from 7:00 – 8:00 pm
