Bronx House is thrilled to continue our partnership with Temple Hatikva – a Reform/Conservative congregation that serves anyone of the Jewish faith, interfaith individuals or families, and anyone else interested. We invite you to join them for their traditional, yet modern services.

Friday, November 9Temple Hatikva will hold a Memorial Shabbat Service to mourn those lost in the Tree of Life shooting, starting at 7:30 p.m.   Let us come together in solidarity with their congregation, the community of Pittsburgh, and our fellow Jews.  Our services, traditional, yet modern, are conducted in both Hebrew and English.  The service will be followed by a  free fellowship Oneg Shabbat, complete with refreshments.  All welcome to join us in prayer and fellowship.

Sunday, November 11 – Our next Adult Education session will begin at 10 a.m. with a FREE bagel breakfast, sponsored by the Shalom Jewish Funeral Home.  It will be followed at 12 Noon by a brief Veterans Day Memorial Service in honor of Jewish War Veterans at the JWV memorial stone in front of Bronx House.

Dates of future Shabbat Services are Fridays, December 21, January 18, February 15, March 22, April 26, May 17 and June 14.

In the coming months of Adult Ed, Cantor Kyle will cover various stages of the Jewish Life Cycle.  Future dates are Sundays, December 23, March 24, April 28 and May 19.
