This unique fitness class targets core muscles, glutes and thighs in a way few other workouts can achieve. Yoga Sculpt combines Pilates, yoga and ballet movements to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles while achieving typical yoga results of increased flexibility, cardiorespiratory functioning and relaxation.
Yoga Sculpt is offered every Tuesday from 7:30pm – 8:30pm
